Benefits if ISO Certification

    • The satisfaction of buyers regarding products and services lies in their ability to consistently meet specified requirements. ISO 9001 certification not only expands market reach, attracts tenders, and creates new business opportunities, but it also enhances accessibility to global markets as it is a universally recognized standard for quality management systems.
    • Obtaining this certification ensures that your company secures a position on your customers’ list of preferred suppliers, allowing you to maintain a competitive advantage. Furthermore, it facilitates the reduction of production costs by enabling third-party audits and identification of weaknesses within your management system.
    •  By attaining ISO certification, your company’s reputation and credibility are enhanced, establishing trust among customers and stakeholders. This recognition further solidifies your standing as a dependable organization.

What are the steps of an ISO certification?

1. Project Planning and pre-audit:

When companies seek ISO certification through DCS, they undergo a comprehensive certification process consisting of multiple stages. If a certified management system is already in place, the process can be expedited.

During the initial phase, you engage in a discussion with us about your company, your management system scope, and your objectives for ISO certification. Based on this information, we will promptly provide you with a customized and transparent offer that caters to your specific requirements.

2. Project planning and pre-audit (optional):

Following the initiation of the commissioning process, we undertake preparations for the certification audit. To ensure optimal planning accuracy, this typically involves coordinating schedules and on-site implementation through several rounds of coordination. If desired, we can conduct a pre-audit as well, offering valuable insights to pinpoint crucial areas for a more focused certification process. Both the pre-audit and certification audit services are optional, providing flexibility according to your requirements.

3. Stage 1 & Stage 2 Certification Audit:

The certification audit itself is conducted in two distinct stages: Stage 1 involves on-site analysis and evaluation of your management system, focusing on a comprehensive system analysis. In stage 2, known as the system audit, our auditors conduct an in-depth on-site examination. This includes assessing compliance with relevant standards and identifying areas for potential enhancement within your management system. The outcomes of the audit are presented during a final meeting, where, if needed, action plans can be established through mutual agreement.

4. Audit Report Evaluation & Certification Decision:

During the thorough evaluation of your system, we meticulously compile a written report. Upon successfully meeting all the requisite standard requirements, your company will be granted the ISO certificate.

5. Surveillance Audit (Annually)

Following successful certification, we perform an annual surveillance audit to verify that your company consistently adheres to the essential criteria outlined in ISO.

6. Recertification Audit (After three years)

An ISO certificate remains valid for three years. To ensure sustained adherence to the standard’s requirements, the recertification process is initiated well in advance of the certificate’s expiration. If all the requirements are met, a new certificate is issued, reaffirming continued compliance.
